Sales Coordinator – Subang

・Deliver excellent customer service and manage needs of customers through phone and emails.
・Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers’ doorsteps.
・Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager.
・Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor.
・Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc.
・Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
