Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
・Responsible for general administration functions and human resource management which includes security and safety, welfare activities, office administrative, payroll, manpower planning and recruitment, training and development, performance management, etc
・Labor management, human resource management (mainly payroll), general affairs, and IT (if possible)
・Ensure company's activities are in compliance with company's policy and labor legislation.
・there will be business management coordination with our Japan side, so Japanese speakers are preferred.
・Diploma & above
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English & Japanese
・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
