Food & Commodity Sales Engineer – PJ
|Basic Salary||RM4,000 - 6,000|
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
・Developing growth strategies and plans for targeted accounts in Food & Pharmaceutical sectors.
・Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
・Following industry trends and anticipate key account changes and make improvement.
・Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
・Developing an understanding of account plans and mapping business strengths and customer
・Increasing client base and developing new relationships.
・Having an in-depth knowledge of Automation & Traceability sales in Food & Pharmaceutical sectors
・Having knowledge in Factory Automation products (i.e PLC, Sensor, Vision Camera, Motion Control & Robotic) and carry-out appropriate awareness and marketing activities like handling in-house presentation, seminar and/or trainings.
・Handling inquiries & tender, writing business proposals and spec-in work, not just for direct clients but also those through business partners & distributors
・Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
・Negotiating with stakeholders to meet clients’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
・Resolving key client issues and complaints
・Ensure profitability by up-selling or cross-selling
・Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management & improvements.
・Close follow-up of leads and shodans and provide status/info through sales reporting.
・Any other duties that the management may assign to you from time to time
・Travel across the nation and country when needed
・Diploma & above in Engineering Discipline
・Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
・Ability to travel across the nation and country when needed
