Job Description

・Providing administration service related to the expatriate management matter and benefits administrations.
・Be it related to salary, housing guideline, allowances standard guideline, expatriate hand book and etc.
・Expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to client
・Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for client.
・Communicate and work closely with Japan HQ to get the latest update of the expatriate policy.
・Translation of documents from Japanese to English or English to Japanese.
・Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing and annual year-end tax reporting for multiple companies.
・Process clients’ statutory claims in a timely manner.
・Maintain the client database in HR Information System accurately.
・Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports and correspondences) pertaining to client payroll.
・Comply with the rules of operations, procedures and policies for payroll & tax.
・Support visa application for expatriate.
・Undertake other duties and assignments as and when required.


・Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Mass Communications or equivalent from reputable university.
・At least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Japanese MNC.
・Those with experience in handling expatriate payroll, tax & visa will be an added advantage.
・Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in Japanese and English.
・A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated person who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
・High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
・The ability to think strategically and resourcefully, take initiatives, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines and perform under pressure.
・The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong record of being an excellent collaborator.
