HR Senior Executive – PJ
|Basic Salary||RM4,000 - 5,000|
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
・Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation, training, Expatriate Management, and other HR matters.
・Handling in expatriate tax registration, yearly tax submission on time, and tax clearance for leaver.
・Liaising with the personnel of group Panasonic companies and LHDN officer for the expatriate’s tax matters.
・Handling in the full cycle of payroll processing, monthly statutory payment contribution for the company and yearly tax declaration.
・Liaise with all government agencies: KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & JTK to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
・Handling recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record, confirmation, and etc.
・Maintain HR records such as employee personal files and attendance tracking of all employees in a proper and efficient manner.
・Undertake other duties and assignments as and when required.
・Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma
・At least 3-4 years working experience, preferably in Japanese MNC.
・Those with experience in handling expatriate payroll, tax & visa will be an added advantage.
・Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in Japanese and English.
・A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated person who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
・High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
・The ability to think strategically and resourcefully, take initiatives, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines and perform under pressure.
・The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong record of being an excellent collaborator.
