|Basic Salary||RM2,800 - 3,800|
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
・Daily helpdesk support
・Supplier registration on inhouse web System.
・Responding to supplier/factory queries via email, or phone.
・To promote inhouse system function to supplier, indirect support to factory procurement productivity improvement.
・Writing, editing, and revising training manuals.
・Diploma & above
・2 -3 years of experience in Customer Service /Helpdesk service (Helpdesk in IT industry is an added advantage)
・Have been exposed to project management will be an added advantage
・Proficient in oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
