IT Helpdesk Executive – PJ
|Basic Salary||RM2,900 - 3,400|
Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
・Responding to supplier/factory queries via email, or phone.
・Supplier registration / maintenance on ePro Web System.
・To promote ePro function to supplier, indirect support to factory procurement productivity improvement.
・Writing, editing, and revising training manuals.
・Helpdesk support according to SLA (response within 1/2 working day)
・On time to perform supplier registration / maintenance on ePro Web.
・Factory ePro System implementation on supplier registration & sharing of EDI utilization report.
・Plan for ePro function promotion activities to promote upload functions to supplier.
・Diploma in IT
・2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Helpdesk service
・Good communication skill with all level of people.
・Good writing skill
・Expose to any kind of Project Management will add advantage
