Japanese Speaking Customer Relation Executive – Kedah
|Basic Salary||RM4,000 - 6,000|
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:40pm
・Handling of Japanese customer quality related work including customer complaint and to follow up with manufacturing for solutions.
・Updating and monitoring customer material delivery status, if shortage need to communicate with Material department to work out solutions
・To follow up with Japanese customer sales requirements and to share and coordinate with other related department within the company
・Documents translation from Japanese to English or vice versa from time to time.
・To compile QA report in Japanese language from time to time
・To attend meeting and to write meeting minutes in Japanese language.
・To undertake and carry out task as required by MD from time to time.
・Diploma in Engineering related
・Min 1 year working experience
・Must be fluent in Japanese language (speaking, reading and writing skill required) preferably
・Familiar in manufacturing industries with quality control knowledge
・With past work experience in Japanese company would be added advantage
・Must be well versed in Excel and MS Office application
・Excellent communication skill required
・Pleasant ant outgoing personality
・Preferred local Malaysian graduates in Japan
