Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
8:00 am – 4:25 pm (First Saturday of the Month only)

Job Description

・In charge of customers' order processing
・In charge of Export documentations such as B/L, Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List, letter of credit, Quotation, and liaise with customers and other concerned team
・Preparing shipment documents and slitting job sheets.
・Preparing courier documentation for samples & Proforma Invoices to customers.
・Liaise with sales and warehouse department to ensure that all materials are delivered on time.
・Checking stock for invoice conversion in inventory system.
・Take orders from customers through telephone when necessary.
・Supporting sales team for any sales related matters


・Min Diploma in Business Studies or Marketing
・Candidate with 1 - 2 years working experience as sales coordinator, Sales admin or relevant role is must.
・Candidate with past working experienced in export documentations such as B/L, DO, Invoice, Packing List, L/C, Quotation, Liaise with liners, customers is preferable.
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin &English
