Monday – Friday 8am – 5:00pm
・To design the technical course content and program according to company requirement which includes equipment installation, maintenance & predictive maintenance, heavy lifting, scheduling, cost control, quality control, project management, BOQ （Bill of Quantities) preparation, tender bidding and negotiation skills.
・The training module should consist of classroom and hands on practical training such as on alignment works, precision tools, all types of welding & piping/fittings/valves, heat exchangers, reactors, towers and column including tray works, catalyst replacement works, pumps, turbines and fabrication works
・To design an effective and creative modern training techniques, method and tools
・To produce training material, schedule and classroom agendas
・To execute and provide training lectures sessions, webinars, workshops and on site training if required 6. To evaluate results and determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
・Degree ＆ above
・Min of 8 years or more of experience in Mechanical equipment installation and maintenance related jobs in refinery or petrochemical plant with min of 3 years as trainer Computer Literacy
・Any professional or industry related certification such as alignment course, welding inspection, project management, prima verra,etc.
・Proven experience as technical trainer
・Excellent public speaking and trainer communication skills
・Proven experience in multi-national environment
・Excellent organization and management capabilities
・Possess any trainer certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is an advantage
