Account cum Admin – Puchong
|Basic Salary||RM4,000 - 5,000|
Monday - Friday 8:20am - 5:30pm
・Able to handle a full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP).
・Able to prepare income statements, balance sheets, monthly financial statements, analysis reports, and schedules reports for P&L & Balance Sheets.
・Able to handle day-to-day account administrative and operational activities.
・Able to prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, official receipts, sales invoices, and delivery orders.
・Able to perform stock count and prepare stock balance report monthly.
・Able to perform reconciliation of account and prepare necessary journal entries.
・Able to cooperate with other department/sections on preparing accounting documents.
・To assist in financial year-end audit and monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
・Assist to liaise with bankers, lawyers, external auditors, and tax agents in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to bank facilities, audits, taxation, and statutory requirements etc.
・Act as a HR point of contact for managers and employees for enquiries on company policies and procedures.
・Will coordinate the distribution of HR information and updates to the workforce Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in performing up to their optimum capability.
・Ensure all company policies, processes initiatives, and established standards adhere to the company's requirements.
・Ability to manage a variety of complex HR tasks & challenges.
・Keep systematic HR data & records, ensuring efficient record keeping and file maintenance.
・Responsible for payroll and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports Liaise with government statutory bodies (LHDN / PERKESO / KWSP & HRDF) for legal and administration requirements.
・Assist in recruitment by assisting hiring managers during the hiring process.
・To maintain a proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
・Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
・ Candidates must possess at least LCCI/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA or CIMA) or equivalent.
・ At least 2 year(s) working experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
・ Able to perform multitasking, good management skills with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline.
