Job Description

・Telephone and e-mail support
・Ticketing of airline/JR tickets
・Booking (hotel, insurance, etc.)
・Complaint handling
・Use Japanese with customer and clients
・Manage both customer and clients

Requirements

・At least 5 years of experience in airline ticketing
・Need to manage GDS(such as Amadeus)
・Experience working at a travel agency is ideal.
・Japanese language skills(N2, or equivalent/ certificate is not must)
