Requirements

・Proficient in both Mandarin, Cantonese and English (Speak, Read & Write)
・Minimum SPM Qualification
・JELA score of at least 30/40 (Jobstreet English Language Assessment FREE TEST)
・Work in our purpose designed Service Desk in Malaysia and/or Work-from- Home (WfH), internet connection with a min upload speed of 1MB and download speed of 5MB
