・Support and manage cloud infrastructure such a but not limited to deploying, configuring. troubleshooting systems, and networks, manages cloud networking such as VPNs, transit getaways, etc.
・Support security teams in identifying and remediating security issues in systems, networks, and applications
・Configure and assist in the design of system and network security
・Responsible in implementing cloud infrastructure and services, and maintains optimized performance
・Manages the monitoring, updating, optimization, redundancy, and stability of cloud systems
・Design, configure, and resolve monitoring alerts related to system health, security performances, and capacity
・Understanding of end-to-end support process from client to different support escalation levels
・Degree in information technology, Computer Science or related discipline
・2 - 3 years of experience in IT cloud solution
・Experience in supporting and managing AWS/Azure or other cloud services
・Experience in assessing, planning, and implementing IT projects
・Experience in analyzing and mitigating security related issues and threats
・Experience in network storage solutions
・Experience in multiple types of programming languages for system development
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
