Japanese Speaking Sales Manager – PJ

| Working Hours | Monday - Friday 8:30am - 17:30pm |
・To handling both domestic & international sales inquiry
・To liaise & support operations department in servicing clients
・To compile, prepare & generate quotation to customers
・To communicate with salesperson on details of inquiry and quotation
・To attend to walk-in inquiry from any company
・To source for rates from carrier / liner / Operations HOD
・To handle general RFQ, tender and periodical update of rates & charges to company's global network
・To issue circular to Yamato Gempos / Network on matters affecting operations in Malaysia such Public Holiday, Strike, Closure or Stop Order due to Disaster or Pandemic
・To receive, disserminate & distribute any notice from Shipping Lines / Airlines / Customs / Associations / Customs / Authority to sales team & operation HOD
・To generate minutes of the meeting between sales dept with all relevant party
・To compile & update sales KPI report & KPI Monthly summary
・To compile & update monthly lifting report summary by branch / business type & overall lifting performance
・To create & update the breakdown by Branch / Business Type / To 20 Client / New Customer
・To update to Yamato Gempos / Network if there is any changes to the list / contact number / email ID
・To update changes to the existing company profile or product profile according to the latest information
・To create / update / changes the quotation uniform format if there is any changes changes to the T & C or descriptions. To update & maintain Local Handling Charges Master Copy if there is any changes for KUL & PEN & JHB
・To coordinate & compile Monthly forecast data from all stakeholders
・To coordinate & update weekly forecast PDCA from all stakeholders
・To perform any other task assign by the Senior manager / HOD / management as and when required
・Minimum Diploma or HSC
・ Minimum 2 years experience as Customer service, indoor sales with exposure in handling business inquiry, quotation & pricing
・Japanese speaking Malaysia or Native Japanese speaker
・Good written & spoken of English & Japanese
・Good skills of Microsoft especially excel & powerpoint
