Working Hours

Monday –Thursday 7:45 am - 5:15pm
Friday 7:45 am – 6:00pm(1:30 break time)

Job Description

・Manage to maintain company rule, recruitment, attendance, outsource, documentations. Deal with hiring internal employees.
・be in charge of hiring from sourcing candidates to offer.
・Use job-portal, & recruitment agencies and communicate with schools to hire staff.
・Approach universities & colleges to get the connection with them
・Monitor to Security Office and Covid-19status in company
・Report line: Japanese manager, director, and MD


・Degree in HR/ Business Administration or any relevant degree
・2.5 years of working experience in the HR department with a manufacturing background and 1 years of working experience of negotiate with government officer.
・The candidate must familiar with the Employment Act 1955, Trade Unions Act 1959, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Customs Act 1967(All)
・Age is above 30
