・Supplier registration on inhouse web System.
・Responding to supplier/factory queries via email, or phone.
・To promote inhouse system function to supplier, indirect support to factory procurement productivity improvement.
・Writing, editing, and revising training manuals.
・Create complete, fully functional & responsive website design and coding from scratch using standard HTML/CSS best-practice. Handling multiples client websites, content updates, troubleshooting, and fixing website issues / errors.
・Design & prepare website mockup and other digital graphic artworks.
・Learn and mastering the company's content management system (RCMS) which use as a backend system for all our client's websites.
・Communicate & team-working with project managers & software engineers in Malaysia, Japan, and India to work out on different client projects.
・Work independently, good time management, and attitude to perform on website coding projects, as well as a great team player in a larger scale project which required collaboration with other team members.
・Upgrade & adopt new web technologies knowledge & skill from time to time.
・Manage relationships with the affiliate partners
・Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity
・Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
・Deliver progress, commission, and activity for affiliate partners
・Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends
・Provide affiliate marketing material to the affiliate partners in collaboration with an account management team
・Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company news
・Promote the affiliate partner opportunity across the industry
・Forecast cost per acquisitions and conversions count and ensure the targets are met
・Responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our clients and partners, related to integration and operation of digital advertisement analysis tool on their web/app system.
・Response to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements the solution, in hand with our system teams in HQ and other countries branches.
・Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
・Walks customers through the problem-solving process.
・Runs reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
・Provide sales support in terms of system operation, including but not limited to create a campaign, set rewards, upload banner and validate conversions. Need to be skilled in data processing in Excel.
