・Attend customer enquiries, assist and compile job brief from clients
・Working with colleagues to develop ideas for a campaign
・Briefing the creative team and the campaign operation team, allowing them to create an effective and well targeted proposition for the client
・Presenting ideas and conclusions to the client
・Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
・Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
・Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up
・Monitoring the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary

・To manage the overall production
・Hands-on maintenance, repair & servicing machine parts.
・To assign daily production duties to ensure smooth running at production.
・To prepare and maintain daily production report.
・To conduct the regular meeting to ensure the production target and quality requirement are achieved.
・To schedule and plan for production output to meet the customers’ delivery schedule.
・Improve Productivity and Operation Cost.
・To ensure the works compliance to the rules & regulations of Safety & Health
・Manage manufacturing process to ensure product were deliver on time and under/within budget while maintaining quality standards.
・Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Managing Director.
・Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.
・Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.
・Organizing, preparing and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences and taking up meeting minutes.
・Arranging and coordinate appointment for guest visiting, guest receiving and not necessary arrangement required eg. meeting room arrangement, name tag, welcome board etc.
・Assist in preparing and collating monthly closing and budgeting report.
・Assist in preparing directors meeting materials.
・Responsible to translate documents and emails related to MD office and company related documents if required.
