・Create strong pipelines of customers (direct and appointed agents) and new businesses
・Build rapport with existing/new customers/appointed agents, analyze customers’ needs and
provide suitable solutions
・Take massive actions to generate leads actively (with well planning of customer visitation, telephone,
emails, etc.), conduct sales presentation actively to potential customers/agents
・Provide assistance and support to appointed agents
・Work hand-in-hand with technical team
・Participation in seminars, workshops, trade shows, etc. as and when necessary for products knowledge
・Reporting to the Superior as scheduled (day-to-day responsibilities, sales report/sales activity etc.),
management of junior team members, team work with colleagues
・Attend customer enquiries, assist and compile job brief from clients
・Working with colleagues to develop ideas for a campaign
・Briefing the creative team and the campaign operation team, allowing them to create an effective and well targeted proposition for the client

・Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up

・Develops sales strategies, approaches for various product, services for customers car such as windscreen coating, tiger coating, maintenance package, Tokio Marine Insurance.
・Create a good, positive relationship with customer. E.g : Visit customer place for face to face meeting with customers.
・Able to prepare sales report in the time given with minimal supervision.
・Sales for new & existing clients
・Manage the relationship between Clients and each sales person
・Visit all clients at less once a year , clients majority 50% in ASEAN , 50% in China & America
・Prepare sales plan & report for MD
• To establish close relationships with customers and potential customers by constant communication to explain market trends, to propose efficient logistics and financial schemes and to provide various trouble solutions, negotiation of term and conditions, pricing and finalizing deals to optimize revenue growth.
• To develop new products / field with appropriate strategies from marketing research and analysis, visiting customers and etc.
• To identify customers' needs and consumption, competitors' activities and constantly improve/ sustain market share.
• To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• To ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• To handle some other ad-hoc projects assign by Company.
