・Planning and execution of online and offline promotion mechanic
・Bi-monthly submission of HQ POS material
・Monthly plan and monitor non-sellable for all channels
・Manage product life cycle management that include forecasting, ordering, allocating and sell out productivity
・Plan & execute forward month bulletin for online and offline
・Negotiate with buyer/retailer for space feature/exposure and sales voucher support as well as 3rd party partnership
・Handle product launch and marketing campaigns independently from strategic planning & execution of marketing communication plans
・Master visual artwork planning and adaptation for both online and offline usage
・A project leader for counter events, offline and online roadshows including Mall/retailer liaising such as negotiation of vouchers & other supports.
・Adapt Counter merchandising display and POP materials concept according to brand thematic/tactical plan, which includes maintenance works coordination with vendors, Counter trans upkeep and changes and Tester bars upkeep and changes
・Establish and manage the partnerships/collaborations projects for both online and offline usage
・PR related – lead, plan, manage and execute for both online and offline events incl press kits, KOLs and media relationship etc
・Gathering of competitor’s activities and other sales data and benchmark with own for improvement plan.
・Monthly marketing reports according to management needs.
・Support brand awareness campaigns (digital incl KOLs, digital contents etc) supporting Marketing manager
・Support all brand initiatives ie Live events, social commerce, virtual beauty classes, online activities etc
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
•Sell and negotiate Nippon Express’ services
•Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
•Provide quotes for current and prospective clients

•Work closely with Operations and overseas counterparts to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently
・Most clients are Japanese companies
・Firstly, taking over clients and following up on existing clients
・Deal with about 8 clients for this position
・Find new clients through sales and marketing activities
・Have business trips to ASEAN area (once a month or once a 2 months)
・Management of Delivery
・Interaction with customer's internal staff (factory side)
・Consult with the manufacturing department on orders received from customers to determine delivery dates and acceptance conditions.
・3-6 months will be mainly in-house and time will be allocated for training.
・Work with assistant staff to handle export operations.
・Interact with warehouse staff to coordinate product shipping dates
・Follow up on the collection of accounts receivable.
・Execute & monitor all paid digital marketing account in daily basis following respected marketing strategy lead to grow of brand awareness and new costumer
・Develop promotion calendar timeline and strategy to generate conversions
・Manage outside partners/agencies and provide them with accurate briefs and timelines
・Develop and test promotion mechanics
・Forecasting promotion conversation, AOV and revenue
・Manage ongoing paid media programs to meet targets of traffic, conversion rate, and sales goals across email, SEM and SEO, as well as collaboration
・Manage activities related to UI/UX design improvement
・Manage budget and maintain ROI (ROAS)
・Analyze visitors’ behavior and improve channel/contents strategy
・Timely report performance against KPIs and action plans to the management. (KPIs include revenue, orders, AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, and channel contribution etc)
・Other related tasks
・ EC sales target ownership. Plan and execute EC campaigns (including digital activities ie Live sessions, e-workshops etc) in aligned with brand’s direction to push sales on various online marketplaces. (Brand.com, Lazada, Shopee, Hermo and etc).
・ Work closely with EC enabler on daily operations to ensure smooth updates on all the E-retailers (Lazada, Shopee, Hermo etc) on page management, product listing, pricing, photos and inventory quantity and campaign planning and reporting.
・ Maintain good relationship with stakeholders include EC platform Key Account Managers from various online marketplaces.
・ Execute back-end operations for brand.com including total website management, product listing, pricing, photos, inventory, and any other troubleshooting on other supporting system such as the CRM and EC enabler platforms.
・ Work closely with brand marketing team to produce meaningful and fruitful campaign mechanics that will resonate with the potential of every EC Platforms.
・ Monitor the daily sales status on brand.com and ensure the smooth running of stock delivery, order capture and billing, customer inquiries etc
・ Work closely with logistics team and brand marketing team to ensure smooth overall e-commerce operations and meet designated operational KPIs.
・ Work with digital vendor on awareness ads/CPas buying and planning for all campaigns. Discuss effective execution including optimization of ads and provide digital assets to vendor for adaptation.
・ Consolidate monthly sales report by channels, and prepare relevant reports that are beneficial for analysis purposes, including retargeting purposes and to improve ROI and enhance future campaigns to be more effective.
・ Liaise with EC enabler’s graphic designer (and/or) with our own marketing brand team to conceptualize product contents and campaign web banners for both E-retailers page and brand.com
・ To be the key person to provide customer service support (or direct to the respective team member) to resolve all queries via all EC platforms & social media platforms as and when required.
・ To lead the social commerce (pancake app) sales and operations functions
・ To support the Marketing Manager on the the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy for Kose Malaysia brand(s). This includes liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to increase online presence through various online and social media platforms to build brand awareness and consideration.
