Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Descriptions
- Contacting to Existing client’s to get the job inquiry
- Greeting and confirming job openings by phone, email, online, visits, etc
- Understanding & negotiation on the client requirements
- Communicate with internal consultants and introduce job seekers to companies
- Share the suitable resume to client
- Liaison with client on the interview arrangement, salary negotiation, etc.
- Create relationships with client and provide necessary advice
- Regular meetings within the team members and weekly review.
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management related
- Able to communicate well in English
- Good in Self management, time management, etc.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Have 1 on 1 supervision from senior
